Deconstruction

Deconstruction is the removal of reusable building items to be sold at the Sea Island Habitat ReStore.

Our deconstruction service helps reduce the waste of usable materials and provides affordable items for renovation and smaller-scale construction projects. Whether remodeling a room or a demolishing an entire home, our deconstruction team can save you time and money by removing the items from the site.  And, as with all Habitat donations, the resale value of items removed is fully tax deductible. Check out our donation criteria to view all of the items we accept at the ReStore.
