We are Sea Island Habitat for Humanity
Founded in 1978, Sea Island Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization founded on the conviction that every person should have a place to live in dignity and safety, and that affordable shelter in safe communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all.
We are proud to have build nearly 400 safe, permanent homes for families in Hollywood, Ravenel, and on James, Johns, and Wadmalaw Islands.
But building is homes is just the beginning.
Despite our success, we must do more.
With you as our partner, we can help local families achieve the dream of homeownership in Sweetgrass Preserve.
Your gift can make all the difference for 50 families who can have a safe, affordable home they own. You can help pace the way for children to walk through the door of a place where they can play and grow up safely. You can give these families keys to a brighter future and make dreams come true.
