We offer home repair services to low income families so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come. You do not have to be a Habitat homeowner to apply. Some of our home repair work includes weatherization and minor repair services to preserve home exteriors and revitalize neighborhoods.

Home repairs can help families reduce energy expenses, allow the elderly to age in place, and provide safe living conditions for those in need.
Our critical home repair program focuses on:
- Exterior Door Repair
- Window Repair
- Adding/replacing door seals
- Accessibility (wheelchair ramps, stairs, handrails)
- Leaky roofs
- Caulking
**At this time, we are unable to work on interior repairs (floors, bathrooms, etc.) or mobile homes, with the exception of accessibility repairs. Home MUST be owner-occupied in order to qualify.
