Donate Items

Colorful Frames Stacked

Donate items to the Sea Island Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Thank you for your interest in donating to the ReStore. We accept donations of new and gently used household items such as appliances, furniture, building materials, and more. Proceeds from the sale of donated items directly impact Habitat’s mission to build affordable housing for families in need.

Donation Options

Easy Drop Off:

Come by our ReStore location during store hours to drop off your donation.  Our staff will assist you with unloading materials as well as provide you with a tax receipt.  Please be sure to check out our donation criteria to see the list of items we accept.

Request a Pick-Up:

We provide free donation pick-up services for James, Johns, and Wadmalaw Islands as well as Hollywood and Ravenel.  Donations of any size are appreciated and enable Habitat to do more for the community! Be sure to check out our donation criteria to see the list of items we accept.

For donation pick ups, we ask that all fragile and small items be boxed prior to pick up, bedframes be disassembled and items be accessible for two people to remove safely. We can not accept broken, stained or torn items and the ReStore drivers may use discretion based on the condition, age and size of an item. It is important that we accept items that will sell at the store to avoid disposal costs. Thank you for your support and generosity!

To schedule a pick-up, please click the “Request Pick-Up” button below or call our direct line at 843-559-4009.
